This is a blog that Michael Poczynek created some time ago to demonstrate how poor some of the photographs are on Real Estate Agent Websites, Realtor.com, Realtor.ca, and various “for sale by owner” or FSBO sites. A potential buyer has seconds to determine if he or she wishes to look into this listing further. Based on the following photos below, would you want to look into any of these Real Estate Listings further?

The One Foot Tall Weeds on the front lawn make me think: “Well Kept Home”. Can’t wait to see inside.
Between the owner of the house, and the agent, one of you should have said: Maybe we should cut the lawn before the agent comes over to take some photos.
It kinda looks like the top corner of the kitchen. Maybe the camera went off by accident, and the picture was then submitted to MLS.
We have a maximum of 30 pictures, and the vendor chooses this one to promote on Property Guys? Probably not a great move. We have 7 seconds to sell a potential buyer. Make the 30 pictures sell the lifestyle. Most houses have electrical panels.
Just a thought, maybe get closer and cross the rope line.
We just didn't get the entire house in the picture.
It's not even a great picture of the tractor.
