Not only for potential buyers, but almost more importantly for search engines such as Google. A well written, emotionally driven, search engine friendly description can sell PEl Houses offered for sale faster. Furthermore, you can have up to 1000 characters including spaces in your PEI MLS description. When selling your home and it is listed on MLS, or a multitude of other websites, you have virtually seconds to sell that potential home buyer on your home. Which one of these descriptions does that better?
